A foggy morning at the orphanage in Mattru. Plans for the building of the security wall surrounding the orphanage are underway.
In the area, there are not only animal and natural security risks, but also unwanted squatters that often cause issues. A security wall is extremely common in Africa to protect living areas and is important to add a level of safety for the dear WEO orphan children and dedicated care team.
A group of workers and orphanage staff work out the next steps to continue the wall. We are so thankful for all that work so hard to keep our orphanages going strong.
Praise God a large portion of the wall has been built by hand already and we are collecting resources and help for the next large portion.
This shows areas that we still need to bring the wall around too.
