Hi everyone WEO received a request today from our African operations coordinator and evangelist Solomon Gorvie. We appreciate your prayers and support.

"The preaching of the Gospel especially in certain quarters, comes with adverse persecution.
We thank God as Christians for the opportunity to tell others about His saving Grace.
In November of last year 2023, the Ministry in Sierra Leone sent one of our Church Planters into the Ivory Coast as he felt that God was calling him in that part of the vineyard.
This planter's ministry, by God's grace, has been very effective for the past five months. He started a home fellowship and went out into the community (door to door) with the Gospel of Salvation.
Unfortunately, his muslim landlord has decided to evict him all because of people who are becoming followers of God. This includes the landlords cousin.
We have been trying to walk around this issue for the past two weeks but at this point, the best option is to move our missionary out of the current house as the landlord wants him out.
Of course, the landlord is going to give him his remaining money for the months ahead in completion of the one-year rent the Ministry paid.
The good news is that a house owned by a Christian has been identified.
We pray for $1,800 which will be added to the remaining money the landlord will refund and then make payments for the new house so that our Missionary can move in with his family and continue what God has called him to do."
