WEO believes in helping God equip those whom He has chosen for ministry.
To do that, WEO solicits the very important input from our "boots-on-ground" native African leaders, including our WEO Pastors, teachers and caregivers dedicated to full time service.
This input is turned into a giant "Needs" list that undergoes a thorough review and careful scrutiny by our US leadership team as we apply God's biblical principles to prioritize the most pressing needs.
Prayer teams then seek God's hand in providing these pressing needs, by touching the hearts of the many WEO donors. We can say without hesitation that we fully rely on God's grace and providence to provide the finances, materials and people resources needed to accomplish His projects.
